UNUSED OR UNWANTED VOUCHERS: Vouchers sold through The Carrier have no cash value and are sold as flight products ONLY. Due to operating from live airfields however, conditions beyond our control may delay departure times. In particular, where multiple flights and single seats have been sold we may experience some late arriving parties. Flights will be allocated as full aircraft on a first come first served basis to minimise any inconvenience caused.

DELAYS: If for operational reasons beyond our control flights become unacceptably delayed, we shall inform the passenger(s) on the day with the new flight schedule and give the passenger(s) the option of re-booking ONLY. Refunds will not be given once you have taken your flight.
